What happens in the skin consultation

Our aim is to find out what you love and don’t love about your skin, if you have any particular skin concerns and what your skin goals are. We  that with a full skin examination and assessment, so we can create the right and plan for you.

During your consultation, we’ll remove makeup or products from so we can fully examine your skin, including assessing the texture, thickness and colour which could concerns such as acne or pigmentation. Your skin will also be examined under a skin scanner, which can indicate if your skin is healthy, dehydrated, oily, congested or has sun damage. We will take your before photos, so you can see your progress  your plan.

Book a General skin analysis and consultation skin with a nurse or . Ideal for those with mild to moderate skin concerns mild acne, congested skin, open pores, pigmentation, dull skin and mild signs of ageing, or for those who are simply just unsure where to start. Your skin will be fully examined for a number of skin concerns, your skin goals will be assessed, and your personalised  plan will be recommended. If you have more pronounced skin that a doctor or , we may refer you, and can also refer you to a nurse or doctor for .

To secure an appointment, we will require a deposit. Your credit or debit card details will be against your booking. For or Nurse we take a fully refundable (subject to terms) of £25 and £50 for Doctor led . Please refer to our for more information.

Your skin lasts around minutes. This will allow the practitioner to fully assess your skin and your skin goals, discuss your concerns and create a recommended treatment plan.

The is completely free, but we do require a £25 to secure your . You won’t be if you attend your appointment, or you cancel or move your appointment over 48 hours before your in line with our cancellation policy.​

The cost of your treatment and/or plan will be during your consultation, but treatment can start from £59, depending on your clinic.

Your consultation will be with one of our specialist nurses or practitioners with knowledge of the skin. Should you have a more severe skin concern, they can also refer you into a doctor or  if you need to see one. We will ask you to come makeup free, but feel free to bring some with you to put on after the if you wish.

Our expert skin will ask a variety of questions which are designed to help them create the best plan of action to tackle your skin concern. For example:

You can wear makeup to your appointment, however, we recommend that you come makeup free so that we can spend the maximum amount of time your skin. We cannot fully examine your skin with makeup on as we need to assess the texture, and colour which could indicate concerns such as acne or .
